Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • You may return any full price item within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of any item of equal or lesser value, or opt for store credit. Any remaining value from an exchange for an item of lesser value will result in store credit.
  • Store Credit will be issued via a ONE TIME USE coupon code for the value of the item. Coupon codes are valid for 30 days from date of issue. All store items are eligible for redemption. Coupon code may only be used once. Please be sure to use the entire value of the code.
  • The Great Dame will cover your return delivery (Guam orders via USPS only) for items shipped to you. If shipping was paid, please provide address for pickup, and a date and time to schedule pick up by USPS. Please retain the original package material your item was shipped in.
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly issued item are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery.
  • Please take due care when trying on any product(s).

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All product(s) must be:

– Unworn and unwashed
– With all original tags still attached
– Without perfume, deodorant or washing detergent odor
– Free of make-up marks and stains


FINAL SALE / NO EXCHANGE
For hygienic reasons, the following may not be returned:

– Cosmetics
– Hair products
– Undergarments, intimates, and hosiery
– Earrings

All SALE items are final and may not be returned. *Excludes full priced items purchased using a discount code.


HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
You have two options:

  • Bring the items you wish to return to our office located at the GCIC building for immediate exchange or store credit.

  • Mail your items back to us, free of charge. Contact us at 671.482.7473 for your return label. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your store credit.

ASSESSING RETURNS

Returned product(s) will be assessed and The Great Dame will notify you when your return has been accepted. Returns which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


REFUNDS & PROCESSING

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process returns and issue store credit.
  • Your store credit will be issued as a one-time use coupon code.
    This code is transferrable, between active account holders, and will remain valid for 30 days from date of issue.
