How do I place an order?

Ordering online at The Great Dame is simple! First, register your personal account or log in to your existing account. Browse the shop, and select your size, color, and quantity preferred. Then, ‘Add to Cart’. Review the items in your cart at any time from the “cart” icon at the top right corner of every page. Once you’re ready, head to the checkout page.  

How do I checkout?
Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout Now’ button. If you’re browsing as a guest, you will be prompted to sign in to your existing account or to create a new account. Next, enter your shipping address, choose your preferred method of receiving your order and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you’d like to redeem. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

How will I receive my order?
At checkout, you’ll have the option to receive your order via USPS, or pick-up your order at our office. 

How will I know my order is ready to be picked up?
The Great Dame will email a purchase confirmation and “Ready for Pickup” notice once your order has been processed.  Typically, orders are ready for pick up at our office the day after they have been placed. 

How may I pay for my order?
The Great Dame accepts PayPal payments, as well as all major credit cards via the PayPal processing system.

How long will it take for my order to be mailed to me?
The Great Dame mails orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. USPS typically takes ~3 days to deliver.

What if an item I am interested in is sold out in my size?
The Great Dame curates quality products in limited quantities. We do not reorder pieces that have previously been in stock. Be sure to place an order of items you really love to avoid missing out!

What is your return policy?

What if I bought a defective item?
We’re sorry that happened! After careful inspection, if the item is unused and unwashed, The Great Dame will be happy to exchange it, or give you store credit at the price of the defective item.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, The Great Dame ships locally and to the US.
